The Cultural Center Trebinje is announcing a open call for exhibiting programme in the Gallery of the Cultural Center Trebinje in 2023.

The contest is open for: independent and author exhibitions, as well as for curatorial exhibitions / projects, for artistic presentations, screenings, promotions and discussions.

For the competition, it is necessary to submit:

• information about the exhibitor or exhibitors (name and surname, valid e-mail address and phone number);
• project description (up to 2 pages);
• technical specification of the project;
• visual documentation (up to 10 illustrations of the project with which you are competing or links to video works);
• a short biography.

Terms and conditions for exibiting:

The selected projects must be ready for the implementation of the exhibition program from March 1, 2023. The exact dates of the exhibition will be determined after the announcement of the competition results. The artists undertake to realize the projects accepted at the competition. If the authors significantly change the approved project, the Cultural Center reserves the right not to accept the changes.

The Cultural Center of Trebinje provides:

• PR activity
• Accommodation in Trebinje during the installation and opening of the exhibition
• Available technical equipment (details will be agreed with the author)

Application method

The requested documentation must be submitted in a PDF file no larger than 10 MB. It is necessary to indicate: name of the project / first name / last name / year of creation. In other cases, the attached documentation will not be considered. The application should be sent to the e-mail address: kulturnicentartrebinje@gmail.com

The application deadline is December 15, 2022 at midnight.

The jury will announce the decision on the accepted projects by the end of December, about which the participants will be informed by e-mail.
